Websites: approx. 1–2 weeks. Web apps: approx. 1–2 months. Mobile apps: approx. 1–2.5 months. AI chatbots: approx. 1–2 weeks. After the initial consultation you'll receive a precise time estimate.

No. The all-round package is optional. Without it, hosting, operation and ongoing maintenance are your responsibility. We strongly recommend it – especially for web apps and mobile apps. For websites the monthly fee scales with your number of subpages (from €79; up to 25 pages €149, up to 50 pages €249, individual quote above). Important: the all-round package can only be booked together with a project (one-time price), not separately.

6 months. Cancellable monthly afterwards. The package renews automatically by one month at a time and can be cancelled with 4 weeks' notice.

The all-round package includes hosting, operation, security updates, backups, monitoring and technical support — plus a monthly allowance for content changes (tier 2: 1 h, tier 3: 2 h per month). Bug fixing is always included, regardless of the allowance. Larger change requests are billed at €89 per hour. Without it, we arrange support individually after completion. We are available via email and phone.

The stated prices are guide values. For larger projects or several booked packages, we're happy to create an individual quote.

Yes. All products are built for scalability. Additional features, pages or modules can be added at any time. Please note: if your website grows beyond the subpage limit of your current all-round tier, we will not raise your fee on our own. We will get in touch and propose a move to the appropriate tier — it only applies once you agree. Until then nothing changes; work beyond your hour allowance is billed by time and effort, and the higher tier is usually the cheaper option for you.

We rely on modern technologies like Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS and Supabase. AI chatbots are based on OpenAI technology (GDPR-compliant, DPA).
